USCF ETF Trust - USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by USCF Advisers LLC. The fund invests in commodity, currency and fixed income markets. For its commodity portion, it invests through derivatives in commodities operating across oil sectors. For its currency portion, the fund invests through derivates and through other funds in bitcoin. The fund uses derivatives such as futures to create its portfolio. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests directly and through other funds across investment grade fixed-income securities, money market funds and in cash equivalents. The fund invests in commodities through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, USCF Cayman Commodity 10. USCF ETF Trust - USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund is domiciled in the United States.
