The firm structures its operations across four primary segments. Its Commercial Banking segment delivers financial strategies to private, family-owned, and selected public companies, encompassing various banking and credit products, secured lending and lease options, and treasury management services. For corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients, the Corporate and Investment Banking segment offers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products. These include corporate banking, investment banking, treasury management, commercial real estate lending and servicing, equity and fixed income solutions, and sales, trading, and research capabilities. Finally, the Wealth and Investment Management segment caters to affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth clients through personalized wealth management, brokerage, financial planning, lending, private banking, and trust and fiduciary services, often facilitated by its network of financial advisors.
