Its extensive suite of services addresses brand protection and supply chain requirements, including anti-counterfeiting measures, product traceability, consumer interaction platforms, and authentication services for labels, packaging, and products, complemented by tamper-evident labels. Concurrently, the PeriShip Global Solutions division employs predictive analytics to optimize the delivery of time and temperature-sensitive perishable items. Key offerings from this segment include the PeriTrack customer dashboard, an integrated online portal that grants clients real-time, in-depth visibility into their shipping operations. It also extends customer support through call centers, pre-transit planning, post-delivery assistance, and real-time weather and traffic updates. VerifyMe maintains a significant strategic partnership with INX International Ink Company. Established in 1999 as LaserLock Technologies, Inc., the firm adopted the name VerifyMe, Inc. in July 2015 and is headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida.
