The fund endeavors to mirror the financial performance of the Validea Market Legends Index, prior to accounting for any fees or expenses. Under ordinary market conditions, a minimum of 80% of the fund's overall assets (excluding collateral from securities lending activities) will be allocated to the individual components of that index.
