Serving a broad customer base that includes individual consumers, businesses, and government entities, the company utilizes multiple sales avenues. These include direct sales through its own retail stores, dedicated sales teams, telesales operations, and e-commerce platforms. Indirect distribution is managed via strategic partnerships with resellers, independent agents, and major national retail chains. Array Digital Infrastructure also functions as a wholesale supplier, providing wireless devices to agents and other third-party distributors for onward sale. For customer convenience, options for purchasing devices and accessories through installment payment plans are provided.
