It also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Lac Ducharme property covering 1,258 hectares located in the Cote-Nord region of eastern Quebec.
The company was formerly known as DJ1 Capital Corp. and changed its name to Tactical Resources Corp. in March 2021. Tactical Resources Corp. was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
