This fund aims to provide daily investment returns, before expenses, that precisely reflect 100% of the inverse (or opposite) daily movement of the ICE U.S. Treasury 20+ Year Bond Index. Under typical market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds) to a combination of financial instruments such as swap agreements, futures contracts, and short positions, which collectively generate inverse exposure to the specified index. The benchmark index tracks publicly issued U.S. Treasury bonds with remaining maturities exceeding 20 years, weighted by their market value. This fund is structured as a non-diversified investment.
