Its lending portfolio also comprises consumer loans, such as automobile, recreational vehicle, boat, home improvement, home equity lines of credit, collateralized and uncollateralized personal, and deposit account collateralized loans.
As of December 31, 2008, it operated 11 full-service offices in Temecula, Carlsbad, Corona, El Cajon, Escondido, Fallbrook, Murrieta, Ontario, Solana Beach, San Marcos, and the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Temecula, California.
On November 6, 2009, Temecula Valley Bancorp Inc. filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
