The investment seeks a favorable long-term return, mainly through capital appreciation, primarily from equity securities. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-cap equity securities. It will invest primarily in large-cap equity securities that the fund's investment adviser believes present the opportunity for growth.
