It holds a 100% interest in the Horse Heaven project that includes 699 mining claims covering an area of 14,374 acres located in Valley County, Idaho.
The company also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Richmond Mountain property, which comprises 117 mining claims covering an area of 950 hectares situated on the prolific Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend, Nevada.
In addition, it holds 100% interests in eight projects that consists of 23 mineral claims covering an area of 78,831 hectares located in Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Stallion Discoveries Corp. and changed its name to Stallion Uranium Corp. in October 2023.
The company was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
