Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) functions as a global, multifaceted financial institution. Its Personal and Commercial Banking division provides a comprehensive suite of retail and business banking solutions. These services are conveniently accessed via its extensive branch network, automated teller machines, and mobile sales channels. The Wealth Management unit caters to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as institutional clients, by offering customized financial advice and strategic solutions. Through its Insurance arm, RBC delivers a broad spectrum of protection and wealth accumulation products. This encompasses life, health, home, vehicle, travel, and reinsurance policies, alongside annuities, serving individual, business, and group clients. Clients can access these offerings through RBC's advice centers, dedicated insurance stores, mobile advisors, digital and social platforms, independent brokers, and travel partners. The Investor & Treasury Services segment specializes in back-office and financial market support, providing services such as asset servicing, custody, payment processing, and treasury management. It also handles fund and investment administration, shareholder services, private capital solutions, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, distribution, transaction banking, cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, and global securities financing for financial and institutional investors. Finally, the Capital Markets division is dedicated to corporate and investment banking. This includes the origination and distribution of equity and debt, advisory services, and comprehensive sales and trading capabilities for corporations, institutional investors, asset managers, private equity firms, and governments.
