It has an option agreement to acquire 100% interests in the Tokop Gold project covering an area of approximately 31 square kilometers located in the prolific Walker Lane Trend in Esmeralda County; the Pipeline West/Clipper Gold property, which covers an area of approximately 24.
7 square kilometers of unpatented mining claims and patented lands located in Lander County; and the East Manhattan Wash project that comprises of unpatented lode mining claims located in Nye County, Nevada.
The company was formerly known as Riley Resources Corp. and changed its name to Riley Gold Corp. in October 2020. Riley Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
