The company holds interests in the Selena project that includes 467 bureau of land management (BLM) administered contiguous federal lode claims covering an area of approximately 9,626 acres located in White Pine County, Nevada; the Carlin-East project, which comprises an aggregate of 427 contiguous BLM lode-type claims covering an area of 8,628 acres located in the Carlin Trend in northern Nevada; the Swift project that consists of a mix of 785 unpatented BLM administered lode claims covering an area of approximately 14,651 acres and 3,697 private fee lands located in Lander County, Nevada; and the Bell Creek project covering an area of 1,300 acres located in north Carlin Trend.
It also holds interest in the Robber Gulch project covering an area of 117 contiguous lode claims located in city of Burley, Idaho. The company was formerly known as Carlin-Type Holdings Ltd. and changed its name to Ridgeline Minerals Corp. in December 2019. Ridgeline Minerals Corp. was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
