The First Trust Alerian U.S. NextGen Infrastructure ETF (the "Fund"), formerly First Trust Global Engineering and Construction ETF, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Alerian U.S. NextGen Infrastructure Index (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the common stocks and real estate investment trusts ("REITs") that comprise the Index.
