The fund may invest in a wide variety of investments such as equity securities, fixed-income securities, foreign securities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and derivative and hybrid instruments. Its investment adviser ("Adviser") anticipates investing approximately 60% of the fund's assets in equity securities and 40% of the fund's assets in fixed-income securities and other investments.
