Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd., an investment holding company, through its subsidiaries, engages in the investment, development, operation, and management of solar power plants and other renewable energy projects in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. As of December 31, 2021, it owned 104 power plants with total installed capacity of approximately 4,168.02 MW. The company is also involved in the design and installation of solar power systems; and research and development of solar power products and solar technology. In addition, it holds development rights for hydropower and solar projects. The company was formerly known as Panda Green Energy Group Limited and changed its name to Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. in September 2020. Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
