The company was formerly known as Primal Systems, Inc. and changed its name to Primal Solutions, Inc. in October, 1999. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Irvine, California. Primal Solutions, Inc. is a former subsidiary of Billing Services Group Limited.
