It operates through three segments: Retail, Vet Group, and Central. The company offers a range of pet foods for dogs, cats, small animals, fish, reptiles, and birds.
It also provides pet accessories, including cat litters, collars, leads and harnesses, bedding, housing, feeding, health and hygiene, travel, training, and enrichment products. In addition, the company offers pet grooming services comprising a full groom, bath and brush, microchipping, and nail clipping; and pet insurance products.
Further, it operates First Opinion veterinary practices that provides pet healthcare advice services; and provides veterinary telehealth services. The company operates through 452 stores, 441 practices, and 316 grooming salons. It also provides products and services through online.
