Pioneer Acquisition I Corp, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) formed in the Cayman Islands, was founded with the objective of completing a business combination, which could entail a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar transaction with one or more entities. The company's initial public offering on June 17, 2025, successfully generated $220 million through the issuance of 22 million units, each priced at $10. Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and a half redeemable warrant. These units commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker 'PACHU' on June 18, 2025. Upon being separately traded, the Class A shares will carry the symbol 'PACH', while the warrants will trade as 'PACHW'. Furthermore, the offering included a 45-day greenshoe option, allowing underwriters to purchase up to an additional 3.3 million units to cover over-allotments. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as the sole book-running manager, with Odeon Capital Group acting as co-manager. Mitchell Creem is the CEO of this Brooklyn, New York-based company.
