National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (NESR) provides a comprehensive suite of oilfield services to petroleum and natural gas companies operating across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia Pacific regions. Its business operations are structured into two main divisions: Production Services, and Drilling and Evaluation Services. The Production Services segment offers an extensive range of solutions aimed at optimizing well productivity and lifespan. These include hydraulic fracturing; coiled tubing services encompassing nitrogen lifting, fishing, milling, wellbore clean-outs, scale removal, and other well interventions; stimulation and pumping operations; primary and remedial cementing; nitrogen applications; and filtration services complete with frac tanks and pumping units. This division also handles pipeline maintenance and integrity through tasks such as water filling, hydro testing, nitrogen purging, de-gassing, pressure testing, as well as cutting, welding, and cooling systems for piping and vessels. Additionally, it provides production assurance chemicals, laboratory services, artificial lift systems, and sophisticated surface and subsurface safety equipment, including high-pressure packer systems, flow controls, service tools, and advanced expandable liner and vacuum insulated tubing technologies. NESR further leverages its engineering expertise with in-house manufacturing and testing capabilities, alongside managing water sourcing, treatment, and disposal for oil and gas, municipal, and industrial applications. In contrast, the Drilling and Evaluation Services segment focuses on the exploration, drilling, and analytical stages of well development. Its offerings include drilling and workover rigs, associated rig services, specialized fishing and remedial interventions, directional and turbine drilling, and advanced drilling fluid systems and related technologies. This segment also performs wireline logging and slickline services for purposes like removing scale, wax, and sand build-up, setting plugs, changing gas lift valves, fishing, and various other downhole tasks. Furthermore, it conducts well testing to determine the proportions of solids, gas, oil, and water produced from a well, and leases drilling tools. Complementing these are oilfield solutions for thru-tubing intervention, tubular running services, and a diverse selection of wellhead products, flow control apparatus, and hydraulic fracturing equipment. Incorporated in 2017, the company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
