The AMG GW&K Global Allocation Fund strategically deploys its capital by committing a substantial portion, specifically 55% to 70% of its total net assets, to equity investments. The remainder of its portfolio is then directed towards debt securities, cash, and readily convertible assets. Within this structure, the fund maintains an allocation of 30% to 45% of its net assets in fixed income instruments, which also incorporates cash and its equivalents. The equity component of the fund predominantly targets a wide-ranging, globally diversified selection of shares. This includes various forms of equity such as common and preferred stocks, convertible debt, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and international depositary receipts like ADRs and GDRs, primarily sourced from companies listed outside the U.S.
