Two Roads Shared Trust - Liberty One Tactical Income ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Two Roads Shared Trust. The fund is co-managed by Liberty One Investment Management, LLC and Vident Advisory, LLC. The fund invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. For its equity portion, the fund invests in stocks of companies operating across communication services, consumer food, consumer staples, industrials, information technology, healthcare and utilities sectors. It invests in value stocks of large-cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell 1000 Index. For its fixed income portion, it invests directly and through other funds in corporate bonds and government bonds. The fund invests in securities with varying maturities. It invests in dividend paying securities of companies. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio.
