The Roundhill Alerian LNG ETF (LNGG) offers investment exposure to companies with significant involvement in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry. Its underlying index encompasses a global selection of firms, including both specialized pure-play entities and more diversified companies, which operate across four primary business segments: liquefaction, LNG shipping, regasification, and integrated LNG activities. For non-pure-play companies, the fund may invest if they generate substantial revenues, have significant R&D investments, or conduct material business operations within the LNG sector. Securities that meet established market capitalization and liquidity requirements are weighted according to their market value, adjusted for revenue and publicly traded shares. To manage concentration, any security deriving less than 20% of its total revenue from the specified LNG segments will have its weight capped at 2%. The index undergoes a semi-annual reconstitution on the third Friday of June and December, with quarterly adjustments to constituent weightings occurring on the third Friday of the final month of each calendar quarter.
