Kelsian Group Limited, based in Adelaide, Australia, is a prominent provider of land and sea transport as well as tourism services, with operations spanning Australia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Established in 1989 under its former name, SeaLink Travel Group Limited, it rebranded to Kelsian Group Limited in November 2021. The company's diverse offerings are structured across three core divisions: Marine & Tourism, Australian Bus, and International Bus. The Marine & Tourism division encompasses vehicle and passenger ferry services, barging, comprehensive coach tours, packaged holidays, various cruise experiences (including lunch, dinner, and charter options), and accommodation facilities. In Australia, the Bus segment manages urban public transportation networks for government entities in major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, and Darwin. Internationally, its Bus segment extends these metropolitan public bus services to London and Singapore, also operating under government contracts. Beyond these operational areas, Kelsian Group furnishes vital corporate support services, including financial management, sales and marketing, information technology, business development, fleet oversight, health and safety protocols, and comprehensive administration and risk management. The company maintains a substantial fleet, comprising 4,134 buses, 115 marine vessels, and 24 light rail vehicles. Its London operations alone contribute 1,125 buses to this total, with 297 of them being electric vehicles.
