In addition, the company operates department stores; stores; convenience stores, cafes, drug stores, general merchandise stores, supermarkets, etc.; restaurants and others in the service and parking areas of expressways; and hotels under the Miyako Hotels & Resorts brand, as well as resorts and leisure facilities.
Further, it engages in the tourism, travel, manufacturing and construction, and other service businesses. The company was formerly known as Kintetsu Corporation and changed its name to Kintetsu Group Holdings Co.,Ltd. in April 2015. Kintetsu Group Holdings Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1910 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
