Kodiak Copper Corp. engages in the copper porphyry projects exploration business in Canada and the United States. The company's principal project is the MPD copper-gold porphyry project that covers an area of approximately 147 square kilometers in south central British Columbia.
It also holds a 100% interests in the Mohave copper-molybdenum-silver porphyry project covering an area of approximately 10.4 square kilometers in Mohave County, Arizona, the United States; and the Kahuna diamond project located in Nunavut, Canada.
The company was formerly known as Dunnedin Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Kodiak Copper Corp. in April 2020. Kodiak Copper Corp. was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
