The WisdomTree U.S. High Dividend Index ETF is designed to replicate, as closely as possible, the overall return (comprising both capital appreciation and income) of the WisdomTree U.S. High Dividend Index CAD, before accounting for its own management fees and operational expenses. The primary investment strategy involves directly purchasing and holding the individual securities that make up the WisdomTree U.S. High Dividend Index CAD, in precisely the same proportions as they are weighted within the index. Alternatively, or in addition to this direct holdings approach, the ETF may utilize other investment techniques, such as sampling (investing in a representative subset of index securities) or employing various financial instruments, to achieve comparable exposure to the price and yield performance of the aforementioned index.
