The company was formerly known as Great East Energy, Inc. and changed its name to GASE Energy, Inc. in June 2014. GASE Energy, Inc. is based in Warrenton, Virginia. GASE Energy, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Bezerius Holdings Limited.
