It also engages in the research and data service, publishing, property holding activities. The company was formerly known as Euromoney Publications PLC and changed its name to Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC in April 1999. The company was incorporated in 1969 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. As of November 24, 2022, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC was taken private.
