It also holds interest in the Beaver Creek property located in Montana, the United States; the Columbus Lithium-Boron property located in Nevada, the United States.
In addition, the company has an option to acquire 60% interest in the Schotts Lake property located in northwestern Saskatchewan, Canada; and the Railroad Valley Lithium-Boron Project located in Nevada, the United States. Canter Resources Corp. was formerly known as Canter Capital Corp. and changed its name to Canter Resources Corp. in November 2021.
The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
