It primarily holds interest in the San Javier Project that includes 26 mineral concessions comprising silver, lead, gold, copper, and zinc deposits covering an area of 851.9 hectares located in the state of Sonora, Mexico.
The company was formerly known as Santa Rosa Silver Mining Corp. and changed its name to Canuc Resources Corporation in February 2017. Canuc Resources Corporation was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
