The company was formerly known as Cannabics Pharmaceuticals Inc. and changed its name to CNBX Pharmaceuticals Inc. in March 2022. CNBX Pharmaceuticals Inc. was incorporated in 2004 and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. CNBX Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a subsidiary of Cannabics Inc.
