Beyond its flagship candidate, Clene's portfolio features CNM-AgZn17, a gel polymer suspension containing silver and zinc ions, which is under development for treating infectious diseases and supporting wound healing. Additionally, the company offers CNM-ZnAg, a broad-spectrum antiviral and antibacterial agent designed to combat various infections, including conditions like COVID-19, and to bolster immune responses for symptom relief. Clene also markets and distributes dietary supplements, specifically rMetx, a liquid supplement featuring zinc-silver ions, and KHC46, a liquid gold supplement with ultra-low concentrations of gold nanoparticles. The company maintains its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.
