This publicly traded warrant originated from the initial public offering (IPO) of Churchill Capital Corp X, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), in May 2025. Holders gain the right to exercise these warrants 30 days following the successful completion of the SPAC's business combination. Their validity extends for a period of five years subsequent to this combination. Furthermore, the company reserves the option to redeem these warrants for cash, provided certain predefined conditions are met.
