It primarily invests in floating rate secured senior loans, with an emphasis on top-tier, non-investment grade senior loans. The fund seeks to invest in loans with maturities of one to ten years. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P/LSTA Leveraged Loan Index. The fund was formerly known as Voya Prime Rate Trust. Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund was formed on December 2, 1987 and is domiciled in the United States.
