The firm extends its capabilities to include a suite of testing and laboratory services. These encompass: FirstStepDx PLUS, a chromosomal microarray designed to uncover genetic origins in patients presenting with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or intellectual disabilities. Specialized testing for Fragile X syndrome (FXS). NextStepDx PLUS, an exome sequencing assay aimed at detecting genetic variants linked to pediatric developmental conditions. EpiPanelDx PLUS, a targeted genetic panel for individuals suffering from seizures, infantile spasms, encephalopathy, or febrile seizures. A PGx test capable of identifying more than 60 alleles across 11 distinct genes. Established in 2003, Bionano Genomics maintains its principal operations in San Diego, California.
