AerSale Corporation is a global supplier specializing in the provision of pre-owned commercial aircraft, engines, and related components. The company serves a diverse international clientele, including passenger and cargo airlines, aircraft leasing firms, original equipment manufacturers, governmental and defense organizations, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) service providers. Its business is organized into two primary divisions: Asset Management Solutions and Technical Operations (TechOps). The Asset Management Solutions segment is dedicated to the acquisition, sale, and leasing of complete aircraft, engines, and airframes. This division also manages the strategic dismantling of these assets to recover valuable component parts. In contrast, the Technical Operations (TechOps) segment offers a broad spectrum of aviation services, catering to both internal needs and third-party clients. These services include the development of proprietary engineered solutions, extensive aircraft maintenance and modification work, MRO for individual components, and end-of-life aircraft decommissioning. Additionally, TechOps handles aircraft conversions, such as transforming planes into cargo or tanker configurations, provides aircraft storage facilities, and delivers specialized MRO for critical systems like landing gear, thrust reversers, and hydraulic components, among others. Founded in 2008, AerSale Corporation is headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida.
