This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) primarily seeks to invest in common stocks issued by well-established, large-capitalization companies. A core component of its strategy is to pinpoint value-oriented opportunities within these substantial firms. Generally, at least four-fifths of the fund's net assets, augmented by any borrowed funds for investment purposes, will be committed to the equity of major corporations. For qualification, these companies must possess a market capitalization comparable to those listed in the Russell 1000 Value Index at the point of purchase. It is important to note that this fund maintains a non-diversified portfolio.
