Similarly, AFM32, an ICE candidate, is progressing through preclinical development for solid tumor indications. The company also maintains a collaborative partnership with Artiva Biotherapeutics, aiming to develop the combined therapy of acimtamig and AlloNK. Furthermore, a licensing and strategic alliance with Roivant Sciences Ltd. focuses on the development and commercialization of new ICE molecules, notably AFM32, within the field of oncology. A strategic collaboration with Genentech is also in place for advancing specific product candidates, encompassing novel NK cell engager-based immunotherapeutic agents designed to combat a range of cancers.
