Alliance Media Holdings Inc., an integrated video game company, publishes and distributes video game consoles, peripherals, accessories, and software in the United States. The company operates through three divisions: Distribution and Re-Manufacturing, Publishing, and Development.
The Distribution and Re-Manufacturing division engages in the wholesale distribution of video games, hardware, and accessories; and re-manufacturing activities. The Publishing division publishes original games, as well as third-party games on PC/Mac, mobile, and console platforms. The Development division develops games.
The company was formerly known as Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. and changed its name to Alliance Media Holdings Inc. in June 2015. Alliance Media Holdings Inc. was founded in 2003 and is based in New York, New York.
