I selected AI.TO for our FRC Stock Pickers University Challenge portfolio, as it is an FRC-covered, conservative mortgage lender whose loans are primarily first mortgages with plenty of equity. We like the steady monthly dividend and the fair value, which implies 13.8% upside from the current price.
