In this video, we talk about this week's pick: TD Bank (NYSE: TD) This week, we decided to change sectors again and we picked TD Bank.The bank of Canada and the FED are planned to meet next week to discuss their views on interest rates and inflation, and we are expecting a more hawkish tone, which means more talk about fighting inflation with higher interest rates.

That being said, this week we decided to give The Toronto Dominion Bank (NYSE:TD) as our weekly pick as we believe the banking sector and TD specifically, will have a strong week on the backs of expectations that interest rates will rise. Remember, banks make $$ by charging interest on mortgage’s and loans.

If that interest goes up, banks’ margins go up.
