NWGI is a gaming technology company with licensed online and land-based gaming / betting operations in Italy. Its online operations have 79,000 user accounts. Land-based gaming products are offered through partnerships with over 1,200 web cafes, gaming venues, and other third-party locations. In the first half of 2020, as shown in the table below, web-based turnover (total transactions) were up 4% YoY, while land-based was down 54% due to COVID-19 related restrictions.
