Business Description

Amerigo Resources Ltd., through its 100% owned Chilean subsidiary, produces copper/molybdenum by reprocessing tailings from the El Teniente mine in Chile – the world’s largest underground copper mine, owned by Codelco. Revenues grew from $35.24 million in 2004, to $89.47 million in 2009. EBITDA has been positive every year since 2003, and the company has been profitable every year except 2008.
